Terry K. Delforge, age 59, of Concordia, Kansas died Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Salina Regional Health Center. She was born September 223, 1952 to Richard & Ethal (Maitlen) Majors at Clay Center, Kansas.
Terry married David Delforge December 4, 1970 in Concordia, KS. They had three children: twins: Chris & Chad; and Shawn. Terry was a Home Care Provider for Special Needs individuals. She is survived by her husband - David of the home; sons: Christopher (Jessica) - Wamego, KS; Shawn - Concordia, KS. Sisters: Ginger (Sam) Corey - Lindsborg, KS, Sue Klassen - Drummond, OK, Tammy Doering - Fairbanks, Alaska ; 2 grandchildren: Kiefer & Dawson
Proceeded in death by: son - Chad; brother - Richard; sister - Joann Bergstrom; and parents.
Memorial Services were held Saturday, May 19 at 11:00 a.m. at Nutter Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Tessa Zehring officiating.
Visitation was Friday evening, May 18 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Memorials may be given to Special Olympics or Handicapped Bowling (Bea's Kids)
