Mariesther (Lagasse) Holbert

Mariesther Holbert, Concordia, passed away Feb. 16, 2018 at Marquis Place, Concordia, KS at the age of 86. She was born April 23, 1931 at Concordia, KS the daughter of Herbert Lagasse & Nellie (McHenry) Lagasse.

She graduated from Concordia High School in 1949 and attended Kansas State University. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Hobbies she enjoyed were cooking and sewing. One of the greatest joys of her life was time spent with her grandchildren and great grand children.

13 Grandchildren & 22 Great Grandchldren

Mariesther was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Willomae Kaufman & Bernice Lagasse.

Memorial Services will be Wed. Feb. 21,2018 at the First Presbyterian Church, Concordia at 11 a.m. with Pastor Bob Frasier officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm with the family receiving friends 6:00pm - 8:00 pm at Nutter Mortuary. In leau of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Alzheimer's Assn or Meadowlark Hospice.

Interment will be private.
