He was a warehouse manager for a Mattress Company.
Franklin is survived by his father: Franklin Sr. - Cantonment, FL.

Funeral Services will be Friday, April 26, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Nutter Mortuary Chapel.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 25, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Nutter Mortuary Chapel.
Family suggest memorials be given to the Franklin Leon White, Jr. Memorial, to be designated later, in care of the Mortuary.
