Elizabeth Ann-Marie Tuttle was stillborn Sunday, December 11th, 2016 at Southwest Medical Center, Liberal, Kansas.
Her parents are Casey Tuttle and Myste-Dawn Copple.
She is survived by her parents. Also survived by her grandparents: Richard & Angela Copple of Concordia, KS and Mark & Robin Shoemaker of Cheney, KS.
