Edith Margaret Uri, 101, of Denton, TX went to be with the Lord Friday, February 23, 2018. She was born December 11, 1916 in Kimball, NE, the daughter of Charles Forgus & Charlotte (Driggs) Paullin.
Edith is survived by Sons: Lawrence Uri, Jr. & wife Therese; Luverne Uri & wife Tamie.
Daughters: Linda Kinnison & husband Lloyd
Laura Story & husband Darrel
11 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren
Edith was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Uri, her parents and one sister & 2 brothers.
Edith was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, was active in the Women of the Moose & the VFW Auxiliary. Edith was a long time resident of Concordia, KS.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, March 5, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Father David Metz will be the Celebrant.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church building fund.
